Why go on a trip with The Project 143 Foundation?
One of the primary things we do at Project 143 is take short term mission trips. These trips range from 4 – 10 days, and we often partner with another organization in another country. Our teams are typically about 12-30 people, and range in age from child to senior citizen!
We typically have a project we are trying to complete during a trip. It could be visiting an orphanage and making necessary repairs, building a home for a family in need, working with teams doing bible translation, doing outreach ministry, etc. Each trip is a little different, but the projects are always impactful for the people we are serving and life changing for the people who go on the trip!
Check out what some of our past participants are saying:
“I loved seeing a project from start to finish on one trip and actually seeing that we made a difference when the family moved into their new home.”
“Physically I was as ready as I was going to be. Mentally I underestimated the impact the trip had on me. I left feeling immensely grateful and proud to have made an impact on others.”
“I wish there were more opportunities available to be involved in projects like this. I left humbled and grateful that one weekend of my life could make such a significant impact on a family.”
“I will for sure be back! It was amazing!”
“This was an amazing experience and I want to be a part of more!”
“I was amazed at the families taking care of the orphanage. I was amazed at the kids, the folks taking care of the build and the villa… Just loved being around everything and everyone…it was so inspirational.”
